This course equips supervisors and managers with essential leadership skills to create a safe and healthy workplace. Participants will learn how to:

  • Foster a positive safety culture: Motivate employees, promote open communication, and build trust.

  • Conduct effective safety inspections and investigations: Identify and address hazards, and implement corrective actions.

  • Communicate safety effectively: Deliver clear instructions, provide timely feedback, and conduct safety meetings.

  • Lead incident investigations: Gather evidence, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.

  • Motivate and engage employees in safety: Empower employees to take ownership of safety, and recognize and reward safe behaviors.

  • Comply with OSHA regulations: Understand and apply relevant OSHA standards to workplace situations.

This course will benefit supervisors, managers, and other leaders who are responsible for workplace safety.
