Welcome to safetymanager.org (the "Website"), a website operated by Safety Manager LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website. The Website is intended for use by safety professionals to track certification expiration dates, share and access training documents, and maintain their membership by continuing required training.

2.1 User Accounts and Login

The Website does not require users to create accounts or login with passwords. Users share their profile information publicly so their training documents can be viewed by other.

2.2 Independent Contractors

All trainers who provide training documents on the Website are independent contractors and not employees of Safety Manager LLC.

2.3 User Content

You are responsible for all content that you share on the Website, including training documents and profile information (collectively, "User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and licenses to upload User Content to the Website and to grant us the rights set forth in these Terms.

2.4 Prohibited Activities

  • Upload any User Content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

Cancellations/Refunds

  • If you wish to cancel your membership you can receive a full refund for any registration fees within 14 days of purchase. All training purchases can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase but no later than 7 days before the class start time.
